Change of Plans

Oct. 31st, 2006 | 01:03 pm

Instead of hunting down Sandeman, I have determined that locating a liberated X-5 would be of more use. Though, convincing it I am no longer the enemy may take some slight of hand that even I may be lacking.

Locating an X-5 will make the task of tracking people down easier. And, not only will tracking down "ordinaries", but an X-5 may be able to gain me access to Terminal City. If I could only speak with Max...convince her our teaming up is important. There is something about her. Something important. Perhaps she has more clues that would assist in my search.

In the meantime, it is off to Seattle. X-5s should be easier to track down there. Afterall, it is difficult to miss media coverage of a transgenic populated city and not follow suit if they are your kind.

Frustrating

Oct. 17th, 2006 | 01:08 pm

Life has become increasingly frustrating since the feigned car-crash. It used to be I could get anything I wanted from anybody. But without an identity to speak of...tracking down this Sandeman person is getting difficult.

After seeing his crest at the burial site of the breeding cult, I knew I'd need to track him down. He obviously had some plans for Max from what I saw in her DNA mark-up. No junk DNA...what does that mean? And how did he do that without me noticing? Afterall, I was doing my own tampering with her DNA. What I'd give to see those lovely eyes again. Weakness.

I have expanded my search into Canada, but found nothing. I'm doing the best I can with the contacts that will still speak to me knowing that I am supposedly dead. Sandeman is alive. That much has been verified. Now all I need to do is track him down. An X5 would be incredibly useful at the moment. I wonder if I could track one down.

Max, I hope you are still alive.
